Prof. Yong Feng, IEEE Member Kunming University of Science and Technology, China Biography: Member of the Chinese Computer Society and IEEE. Member of Yunnan Advanced Computing Software Technology and Application Innovation Team and Kunming University of Science and Technology Trusted Service Computing Discipline Direction Team. Reviewer of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department, expert of Kunming Science and Technology Expert Database. The main research fields are the application of the Internet of Things, Blockchain and Deep learning in the Internet of Things and Blockchain. He has published more than 60 papers in IEEE academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, of which more than 40 were retrieved by SCI and EI. He has published two academic monographs and has obtained 9 national invention patents. |
Prof. Li-Chun Wang, IEEE Fellow National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, China Biography: Chair Professor and is jointly appointed by the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. He was elected to the IEEE Fellow in 2011 for his contributions to cellular architectures and radio resource management in wireless networks. He twice won the Distinguished Research Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan (2012, 2017). He was the co-recipients of IEEE Communications Society Asia-Pacific Board Best Award (2015), Y. Z. Hsu Scientific Paper Award (2013), and IEEE Jack Neubauer Best Paper Award (1997). His recent research interests are in the areas of cross-layer optimization for wireless systems, data-driven radio resource management, software-defined heterogeneous mobile networks, big data analysis for the industrial Internet of things, and AI-enabled unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) networks. He holds 25 US patents, and has published over 300 journal and conference papers, and co-edited the book, "Key Technologies for 5G Wireless Systems", (Cambridge University Press 2017). |
Assoc.Prof. Pavel Loskot, IEEE Senior Member Zhejiang University-University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Institute (ZJUI), China Biography: Pavel Loskot joined the ZJU-UIUC Institute in January 2021 as the Associate Professor after being nearly 14 years with Swansea University in the UK. He received his PhD degree in Wireless Communications from the University of Alberta in Canada, and the MSc and BSc degrees in Radioelectronics and Biomedical Electronics, respectively, from the Czech Technical University of Prague in the Czech Republic. He is the Senior Member of the IEEE, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research interest focuses on problems involving statistical signal processing and importing methods from Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Science to other disciplines in order to improve the efficiency and the information power of system modeling and analysis. |

Prof. Jinming Wen Jinan University, China College of Information Science and Techonology/College of Cyber Security of Jinan University, China Biography: Jinming Wen is a full professor in the College of Information Science and Technology, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. He received his Ph.D degree in Applied Mathematics from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, in 2015. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at Laboratoire LIP (from March 2015 to August 2016), University of Alberta (from September 2016 to August 2017) and University of Toronto (from September 2017 to August 2018). He has been a full professor in Jinan University, Guangzhou since September 2018. His research interests are in the areas of green wireless communications, signal processing and machine learning. He has published around 60 papers in top journals such as IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Access, IET Quantum Communications and Alexandria Engineering Journal. |
